If you need help with your Serenity-Networks services, we are here to lend a hand. There are a few different ways you can get in touch with us.
- Submit a ticket through the Secure Customer Portal
- For Web Hosting help, submit a ticket through the Web Hosting Control Panel (DirectAdmin)
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Call your account representative or call the Emergency Hotline @ 256-469-8485
To submit a ticket through the billing Portal, log in and click on “Open Ticket” on the top navigation bar.
If you need help with web hosting, submit a ticket through the Web Hosting Control Panel by navigating to http://yoda.serenity-networks.com:2222 and loging in. After logging in, click on “Support Center.” It’s towards the top.
After you click on Support Center, all you need to do is click on “Create Ticket.”
